Our motivation has been kind of low this week, since we're getting ready to move & have been super busy. We ended up walking our miles last night to get more sleep yesterday morning. But today was beautiful! We woke early & started the day off right with spinach smoothie & meditation. It was only 75 degrees! And cloudy! It also rained a bit on the way home, which was lovely. Now that we don't bring our phones with us much, we don't have to worry about a little rain...

I've been trying to get into the meditative running state a little earlier - like after mile 1. It works pretty well. Oh! Kel taught me a new trick today! When you're running uphill, just tell yourself it's downhill, & try to squint your eyes & really believe it. It makes the run easier, I swear!
