notes on today’s 5 mile vibram run/walk

First, we left at 9:45am. Not a good idea since it's already in the 80s by that time, and the sun is a beast. My vibram blisters are back! Back to bandaids for a few days. My left foot was hurting at the beginning but seems fine now. We ran to the gym on campus, then walked the hills, and ran partially back but had to walk the last half mile or so. Kel had some cramping and we are wondering if it is her banana addiction!

We talked about good things though! We figured out what we're going to record TPP about today (EFT & site traffic spell!), and decided to try a new variation in our diet. We want to do spinach smoothies for breakfast & lunch during the week (& keep the salad for dinner), and then have raw mock tuna for lunch on the weekends. Basically we're trying to up our greens even more. Other diet modifications: no eating after 7p! And going back to raw tahini because we snack on the roasted shit way too much. Being a raw vegan runner is awesome and everything, but you still get mad munchies!
