We had a very good attitude going into today's run. We had been talking positively of it since last night. This morning we woke at 5:30a, ate fruit salad, meditated for 20 minutes, and left the house. It was muggy as hell and cloudy. We had determined that today's run was going to be our "best ever," which really helped us to not walk. We wanted to beat our best run time. And we did! Our pace was 12:18/mile. It was hard to catch my breath–humidity? But that went away after 2 miles. The vibrams felt great, very little pain anywhere.
